@Jay - I uploaded it to dropbox - I did not just try to sync it to my account. When I downloaded it to my iPad, I opened the mobile app and clicked the file and then said ‘open with’ excel so I could edit it.

@Nancy - thanks for the response. I did not get any errors on the iPad. In order to download it, I just saved it to my computer. I did not rename it when I initially downloaded it. I just saved it to my computer and made some changes to it and closed it. Then I changed the name and uploaded the new file to dropbox to see…
