Hi, I know it was mentioned that the Dropbox team was looking into this and would reach out to me with an update. Should I also reach out to the Salesforce support team to see if they might have a solution?

@"Walter" Please see the attached 3 screenshots of the error message, the apextrigger and class. These were the only three screenshots that I captured because I have a feeling the issue lies with these two
