No sorry, i didn't know that was something to monitor. Is there a setting change i can make or i should i request they use the same web browser as what i have created it on?

Hi @"Walter" , The people I am sharing with appear to have individual Drop Box Accounts. They definitely are not a part of a team. With one client i can track the downloads whether its a PDF, Excel or Word document. With the rest it simply just shows them accessing the main file and then no more activity after that? I hope…
