I cleared the browser cache and it kept happening but it seemed to only happen with that document. I'm wondering if something somehow carried over from the original.

It seems to happen with both the source document and my copy. When I open the document in Word (not word for WEB) then it doesn't happen. If I open other documents with Word for Web, it doesn't happen.

It would have to be a video rather than a screenshot, otherwise its just how a bullet sits on a page as usual. The issue is that fact that it automatically thinks a new paragraph shall start with a bullet.
