@Megan, as you can see by my screen shots, I have deleted ALL OF MY CONTENT. There are no files at all. And all I'm trying to add is a single word file.

I have received an email with a link to a Dropbox. When I select "add to Dropbox" from the email, I'm taken to my Dropbox account and this screen This is my plan page

I'm having the exact same issue! My quote page says Using 0 bytes of 2.25 GB. There is nothing in the backup or the main page. I've deleted everything and emptied my deleted items permanently. UGH! And I don't have the app or downloaded to my computer, I access everything via the URL.
