When I click on the icon, the account still shows the old blueyonder email. I can't change it by an obvious method.

I couldn't take a screenshot for some reason, but here is a photo of the screen that I access Dropbox from, showing the icons at the bottom. The one on the right is for Wave browser, which I never use but I can't get rid of.

Thanks, Nancy. I followed the link, found it in my downloads, and went through the installation process. The Dropbox icon appeared at the bottom of the screen while it was installing, but has disappeared now. My phone is still not showing recent file changes on the PC.

I tried that, but it says 404 Not Found.

I have pinned the icon to the start screen, but I don't see it anywhere else. Please feel free to suggest the next move, but I will resume in the morning. Good night and thanks.

I don't think I am using the app on the PC. Dropbox is listed with Documents, Pictures etc. (under File Explorer?). It's an OpenDocumentText file. Other file types in my Dropbox include Rich Text Document and Microsoft Edge PDF. Jay, You're a genius! I have now uploaded the files back to Dropbox, and I can see the latest versions on my phone. One thing is still not quite working, though - I just updated a file on the PC Dropbox, but the changed version is not showing on my phone. Do I need to do something else?

I don't know what a private browsing window is, but the PC has the up-to-date versions of the files. I had a similar problem a few years ago, which your colleagues kindly sorted out for me.

I cannot access the blueyonder email, which I haven't used for about five years. My PC Dropbox has my obsolete email address attached to it. I have tried requesting an email to reset the password to change the email address. It sends an email to the new address, I change the password, but I still can't change the Dropbox account to the new email. I am not finding this easy!

Jay, I only have one phone, so I don't know why two are connected. Could one be my previous phone? I don't have Dropbox on my taskbar - I access it using File Explorer, along with my Documents and Pictures. It is not among 'hidden icons', either. Jeff
