Jay, Success! Here are four images from my phone, in the order I get them when looking at a file. Before I changed my phone, the app went straight to the third screen. Note that no files have been updated on the phone for a month - they all have the same date. Jeff

Jay, Thanks for your reply. Ctrl/PrtSc doesn't seem to do anything on my PC, I have taken some photos of PC screens with my phone camera, but I can't attach them to this, as they are too big! Megan, I'm a bit confused (not difficult!). The difference between my PC and my phone is that the PC has up-to-date versions of my files, and the phone has an older version. I don't see how screenshots wil help. Can you be more specific, please. Thanks. Jeff

Dear Jay, I deleted the app from my phone, turned it off and on again, then reinstalled it from Google Play. At that point, it was still showing the same out-of-date version of my files. Hello Jay, thanks for your reply. The files are mainly Microsoft Edge PDF Documents. I have updated some recently on the PC, but the phone is still showing me the old versions. My PC can tell that I have opened them on my phone, so there is a connection of some sort. Regards, Jeff

This is odd! Looking at All Files/Recents on my PC, it knows that I opened a certain file ON MY PHONE 3 hours ago, so the phone is talking to the PC, but the PC is not applying updates to the phone.

Thanks for replying, Walter. I tried your link, it said "We're now downloading Dropbox" but, half an hour later, nothing had happened. I'm not sure how I set it up six years ago, but I somehow linked my phone to Dropbox on my PC. Viewing Dropbox on my phone, it says that the phone is the only device connected.
