Hi @"PeterMizzi", thanks for messaging the Community. While I'm not familiar with that service, some devices do allow you to install the Dropbox mobile app so you can preview files on your account via the TV itself. I'll leave this thread open for other users to contribute their suggestions.

Hi @"Nic35", the email to Dropbox feature wouldn't overwrite the existing files for security purposes. Only uploading files directly via the site, or overwriting files in the Dropbox folder would allow for files to be overwritten.

Hi @"olddog76", the Dropbox desktop application runs several processes in the background in order for the app to work normally. Other apps perform the same way, such as browsers. Are you experiencing any issues with the Dropbox app in particular?

Hi @"Leonidas1994", that appears to be a system restore folder, or at least a copy of one. If so, then it means it needs access from the original administrator of that machine it was transferred from. Could you try these steps to change the permissions on the folder to then delete it?

Hi @"Michelle L", if the Dropbox link works normally in the browser, but can't be opened via Word, then it would be an issue with Word directly, and there isn't anything we can recommend directly. You can try contacting Microsoft support for further assistance on this matter.
