  • I had the same problem. I have a Mac and was using Safari to upload and download to DB. Then suddenly about 3 months ago I was not able to download. Someone suggested to me that this might be an issue caused by the app 1Password that I was using. I now upload with Safari, but download with Firefox or Chrome.
