I discontinued the use of dropbox email and switched everything to file requests. That is more flexible. It appears that duplicates are not saved, which is a nice feature. Overall, waiting solves most problems. I am good for now.

Initial email might be impacted by email servers delaying/requesting resubmission, which is a common anti spam measure on email servers. These are thousands of vendor bills automatically forwarded from my inbox. The whole purpose is automation to avoid manual file handling. Airgas Received 37 Folder only shows 21 files The missing files have similar names and later upload dates.

Isn’t the purpose of the community to deal with issues Dropbox does not know or support? Can’t do is often not the answer Dropbox users are looking for.

Filezilla can be used to setup a separate connection for each Dropbox account. Protocol: Dropbox Host: api.dropbox.com FTP sync options are available to finetune the connection.

This happened on the day I introduced this functionality to our users. Waiting for two days would have resolved the problem. Instead I created a new email and folder. It's working again. I did still have problems, when others already reported that the problem was gone for them. Thanks for the follow up.

Gmail corporate account with custom domain is not working. Send and forwarder with Windows Chrome and iPhone Chrome, directly entered Dropbox email , and with contact. Original Dropbox email and new Dropbox email to renamed email linked folder. Gmail sends forwarding w/ pdf attachment but nothing shows up in the folder.
