  • Hi, I have exactly the same problem. Did you find a solution to yours? I can open all Dropbox files from the desktop app, but when I try to open any folder or file in Windows explorer, it freezes. I have Windows 10 on a Surface Pro laptop. Anyone could help? (I tried reinstalling dropbox, but no change.) Thanks. Guy
