  • Hallo, je länger ich mich damit beschäftige denke ich auch, dass da wohl sehr stark übertriebene/paranoide Informationen kursieren.   • Hi Mark. This is important information that I will definitely include in my considerations. I'm slowly getting a good idea. The information found on Dropbox's homepage is also helpful. But input from the community is of course even better.

  • Thank you for your input. I decided against Dropbox and will delete the subscription (monthly payment). All the online reports about analyzing my data and sharing it with third parties for any purpose put me off. Dropbox would fulfill all my needs in terms of features, speed, design an more. The price is too high for me.…

  • Hi Mark, thanks for your input. I also think the “safest” solution would be not to store the data in the cloud at all. But is that really the answer? I’ll have to see how I want to proceed. Dropbox’s functionality is unmatched, and I could use it to handle all the tasks needed to run my home office.
