Thanks Megan. I am an admin. I've tried re-installing the Apple silicon version multiple times including advanced re-install. How do I check the drive formatting?

Dropbox Kind says Apple. I used Get Info to verify the Dropbox app is the Apple silicon version. It's just the updaters that stick with Intel.

Those steps weren't very detailed, but I found the mentioned files, deleted them, then trashed Dropbox, then restarted, then downloaded and installed the most current version, and my DropboxMacUpdate still says it is Intel based.

I'm on Tahoe 26.6.2 and Dropbox 268.4.4124. Which other troubleshooting steps would you recommend? The thread had a ton of content, and I only tried the Dropbox recommended advanced re-install.

Hi Hannah - I am also getting the notifications that my updater will not longer be supported.
