  • I have the SAME issue. For me…. Plan Page: Using 12.8 GB of 2 GB Shared Content: absolutely nothing is listed under any of the tabs. Backups: YES! This is where the hidden 12GB was!!! No matter where I navigated I could NOT find this. THANK YOU very much for your help.

  • Thank you very much Rich! That worked. No idea why my 4TB backup disk is then backing up to Dropbox after it backs up my computer!? Do you have any idea? I tried to stop it backing up to dropbox, since my external hard drive has already backed it up. But the only option in dropbox is to delete the files from my external…
