Just to cover all bases, when you notice this issue is the sync status of the app showing "up to date" or "syncing"? Also, have you rebooted your device recently?

It is rather strange that you can't use the "Save to Files" option on your iPhone too. Can you try disabling and then enabling Dropbox as a location with these steps? While I was able to reproduce the error when using the "Save to Dropbox" option, saving via the Files app to Dropbox did the trick.

From what you mentioned, these files are Smart Synced as "online only", right? Could you please check if there are any pending updates for your browsers, @Nosbags?
