Thank you for your help, In answer to your question, I do not know if the storage space that is in screenshot is the space that the app is looking at. I'm wondering if I have a separate account. If so, how do I point the app to the account that I am using?

I uninstalled/reinstalled the desktop app. The app reports that I have used 2.3Gb out of 2.7Gb. I clicked on the video folder...nothing there. When I open the folder on my desktop the files that I see on my mobile app are not listed. Is it possible that I am logged into a different account on my desktop?
