  • Rich/Nancy/Jay: Solved! By uploading my files to Onedrive instead of Dropbox! Onedrive's link works both when pasted into the URL window AND when added as a hyperlink to a word in MS Word 2016. Thanks to all for your perseverance! Best regards, Dave
