Yup, unfortunately. I've tried: New browser, new window, incognito tab, different browser, clear cache.

This error appears to be happening again with all Dropbox video files I'm trying to have be transcribed (English). I'll either get a failure to load transcript error or an error that the transcription failed to generate.
