hmmm, you have the right system requirements listed here for mac: To use the Dropbox Capture app on macOS, you must be on version 11 or later? Do you have an app like appzapper? or something that gathers all pertaining files and deletes them? That is what I use, since my goal would be to delete all items relating to the…

Thanks for replying and leaving a screenshot, it doesn't appear you need to update the app, theres an upgrade option but thats just promoting the paid accounts. Have you logged out or restarted PC? if so, you may have to reinstall. Go to https://help.dropbox.com/create-upload/install-dropbox-capture

Thanks for responding. Most people use Windows as an OS. You are not using the Desktop client so all I know is that maybe use a different browser. Make sure your browser is up to date (to the latest version). If you are using an older OS older than Windows 10 then you may not have that feature anymore. Try also rebooting…

Hello s12 Sorry you have this issue. Are your files inside a removable HD? or on a removable device? if so, if you unplugged it, Dropbox thinks someone deleted the files. Jamie I have the feeling that this may be an Acrobat setting issue. I use Acrobat extensively in my line of work. You stated that sometime, you can open the PDF on a specific computer, right? Could you check to see what Presets or settings the application that you use to create the PDF is correct or change it to see if…

FYI, they are always installed in the Users directory, whether you using a Mac or Windows. (I'm not sure on Linux) Unless one changes it for some reason. The terminal prompts will just add a user to the folder if not used by Dropbox, it would not be dramatically harmful if done wrong. Glad its working for you now
