Thanks for reaching out. The advice received here on the forum was able to help me know that I can download videos and photos to either an external drive or a separate drive I pay for which is much less expensive that what Dropbox is offering.

Thank you, Mark. Because it said my preview was limited, I didn't think I could do anything. I found the download file link. Yay! Dropbox did save me from losing photos when I had a phone stolen several years ago. I will work on downloading everything to an external drive. I guess it's wise to do this periodically. Thanks…
