  • Hi Jay! Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, it didn't work. It's still got a red message badge on it. I can open the DropBox desktop app icon and my DropBox folders when I go into File Explorer. (Windows 11 Home). Between the Community and Support, we'll figure this out! 🙂 Thanks Jerry
