• SOLVED FOR ME: I've unistalled manually and deleted all directories with my file explorer, and I've downloaded and old versión (Dropbox 240.4.8493 Offline Installer.x64.exe) from here:

• Thanks for your reply. I'am uploading manually with a web browser. Resetting windows has a problem in my opinion: a future new version may cause same problem again.
