Hi, yes at all resolutions and magnifications the notification box is visible, sized per the resolution and magnification. So no problem now. Using Windows 10.

Hello, It looks like this problem has now been corrected by Dropbox. Right clicking on the Dropbox icon in the taskbar on Windows 10, 150% sized desktop, now brings the Dropbox "Activity" popup up OK and the notification icon can be accessed. So this particular problem can now be denoted as "solved" or "corrected" Morris
