"Waiting for Server" delay on shared links for 30+ seconds
I'm a sysadmin and some of our users utilize dropbox. dl.dropbox.com for sharing files. dl.dropbox.com will eventually serve a file, but on any attempt, it could take 30 seconds or longer.
