Hey @"TE16"! I can see that you replied back to me. I'll get to it as soon as possible. Thanks!
-
Hey @"EBadamas"! Did you have the chance to review my message above?
-
Hey @"nicrob16", let's jump right into this! Can you please clarify if you've tried our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with this charge? Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
-
Can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this @"alexmiller_spillt"?
-
Hey @"Cazdk", let's jump right into this! I'd need some additional info, please. First of all: do you use the mobile app to upload your files when using your phone, or do you do it via the mobile browser? Also, is the desktop app on your computer currently running? If so, what is its syncing status? Keep me posted!

Awesome news @"jpgasstrom"! If you need anything else, give us a shout. Enjoy your week ahead!

Hi @"dcam", thanks for messaging the Community. Currently, it isn't possible to search for files on the deleted files page, as it only shows the deletions in reverse chronological order. What I could recommend from here would be to check the Events page in your account. To make it easier to identify deletion events, I…

Hey @"DoctorBashir", I hope you're doing well! There are a couple of ways you can go on about it. The first being what you already tried but making sure you beforehand rename your existing Dropbox folder to Dropbox_OLD. You can see more details about this provided by our superuser Rich here. The second is following the…

Hey @"antoniovandre", would it be okay if I reached out internally, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
-
Hey @"alexmiller_spillt", can you click on your avatar in the app's preferences and then on the 'View sync issues' option? You mentioned an upgrade too. Do you mean that your app is now under File Provider with your Dropbox folder moved under ~/Library/CloudStorage? You can also try rebooting your computer and internet…
-
Hey @"Enableanarchy", you should be able to click on the camera-like icon and attach your screenshots back to me. If you're having trouble doing so, or if you're using your phone you might need to request the desktop version of our site in order to do that.
-
Hey @"Sivia", thanks for posting here! This is the first report I've seen today. And after checking our status page it seems that everything is operational. Have you tried an entirely different browser in case this was a browser-specific issue? You could even try an incognito mode, without any plugins there. Let me know…
-
Hey @"HarryZ", I hope you're doing well! First of all, thanks for all the added info in regards to your OS and Dropbox version. Have you tried searching for files that are available offline on your mobile device, by following these steps? First, open the Dropbox mobile app. Then tap the Account tab and click Offline. This…
-
Hey @"Enableanarchy", thanks for posting here! Does the link open directly in the Dropbox app on your mobile, or your browser? If it's the latter, you should have the option to close the window, and proceed to the link provided your account's quota can handle it. Feel free to send me a screenshot -while covering any…

I'm afraid there's no way to achieve that @"AnneKC9YL", since folders usually appear either on top or the bottom depending on the way your content is sorted. If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.
-
Hey @"DoctorBashir", I see! Thanks for the heads up. I see where you're coming from. Most of the time, all registry entries are removed for any program that's uninstalled, but still, there's always a chance that something is left behind. This also has to do with Windows and the OS, other than Dropbox. In any case, I'll…
-
Hey @"DoctorBashir", thanks for posting here! Keep in mind that uninstalling our app should uninstall all of its registries too. In some rare cases, if there are any registries left behind, a manual uninstall might be needed. Did you search and locate them once the application was removed from the device? Keep me posted,…
-
Hey @"AnneKC9YL", thanks for the info! Keep in mind, that seeing folders mixed with files isn't something I've witnessed on my end. You also sent a second screenshot, but keep in mind that I don't believe this was taken from Dropbox, right?
-
Hey @"alexmiller_spillt", sorry to hear about this. Does the sync status just read "indexing...", with no number of files remaining, or does it give you a number as well? Would you mind letting us know the version of the Dropbox app that you have installed? You can hover over the Dropbox icon for this info. Keep me posted,…
-
Hey @"Marvo", thanks for the speedy reply! Do you notice this type of behavior inside your Dropbox folder? Would you mind clarifying your OS, along with the Dropbox version you're using on your end?
-
Hey @"James Burford"! I'd love to have a visual of your Sync tab when accessing the app's preferences, if you don't mind. Also, would you be able to send me a couple of screenshots from both of these Dropbox folders when you check their properties?
-
Hey there, @"Marvo", I hope you're doing well! You mentioned that if you select more than 1K of files the "delete" button greys out. I'm assuming you're referring to the desktop app, right? There's no automated way to delete all of these 0KB files unless you manually select them, but I'm trying to see why the option…
-
Hey @eosterman, thanks for posting here! Give me some time to check into this internally, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!
-
Hey from me too @"jeyyo"! Does this happen with all .mp4 files now, or specifically with the ones coming from your security cameras? Do you happen to know the size of the files by any chance?
-
I just created a ticket on my end for you @"timothec". I'll be happy to continue there, thanks!
-
Hey @"timothec", would you mind sending me another, full-screen screenshot of you right clicking on a file/folder please? I'd just like to make sure the path looks correct. If it does, then we can take this to ticket, in order to have our specialized team look into this.
-
Hey @"AnneKC9YL", thanks for the info! The default way is the one you sent our way, with the folders either on top or at the bottom depending on how you sort the content. Not sure why the folders were mingled with the files in the first place to be honest. How long ago were you able to see the folders and files mixed and…
-
Hey @"timothec", would you mind trying out an advanced re-install and let me know if that changes anything?
-
Hey @"James Burford", let's jump right into this! Would you mind clarifying if you're using the same OS as the OP, and the Dropbox version you have installed there? Also, what is the app's current syncing status? Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
-
Hey @"strutzart", I hope you're doing well! Would you mind clarifying the app's current syncing status, and version? If you wish, you can check the app's version by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon located on your task bar, next to your WiFi. Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
