What does your plan tab report, Leta? Also, do you see any files in your backup page here?
-
Hey @"Kenny C", thanks for reaching out to us today. Is it possible that you have any shared folders taking up your space, or you had previously enabled our backup feature? If you check your backups page here, what do you see? Can you take a look at Iliana's reply here, to see if the info there is helpful?

Thanks for the update, @"Keep Innovations". Since Dropbox doesn't have a way of doing this automatically, you might want to look into whether PrintNode has a way to import files from other apps/services. You can definitely check with their support as well, and of course, I will leave this thread open, in case another user…

Sorry to jump in here, @"Greg HP", but can you give us a bit more info on the authenticator app you're using? Does it support the Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) protocol, like Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile? Any additional info you can give us would be really helpful.

Hey @"Krabut", I just tested this out and my link did not get affected. If you're still unsure, do test this on your end as well, perhaps with a random folder structure, or a new test one you'll create, before actually trying it.
-
Hey @"Keep Innovations", thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community. Are you trying to print a document you received through a Dropbox shared link? Have you tried downloading the document to your computer and printing the downloaded copy, to see if that works? Keep me posted.
-
Hey @"lilyplants3", thanks for your feedback here. Are you having trouble disabling our backup feature? Have you tried following the steps in this article?
-
Hey @"BrucePCranston", thanks for the nudge here. I'm not really sure what you're referring to as color blocks; is it possible to send us a screenshot? But in any case, you should be able to access any Dropbox files you might have in your All files page here. If you want, you can use these steps, to see the size of your…

Hey @"SueStreis", if you downgrade, your files will still be safely stored in your account, however, syncing will stop and you won't be able to add new files, if you exceed your free space. You may simply re-upgrade, to resume syncing.
-
Hey @"stevanmacgregor", sorry to jump in here. Just to clarify, DropSync is a 3rd party app, unrelated to Dropbox; Can you let us know what it is you'd like to back up to Dropbox from your Android phone? If you want to back up the photos and videos you take with your camera, you can use our camera uploads feature. Other…

Hey Steve, thanks for your screenshot. When you open a shared link on a computer, by default, the link will open through a browser, so this looks like the expected behavior. However, I've passed your feedback along to our team, so thanks for letting us know. If you need anything else, we'll be around the Community!

Sorry to jump in here, @"nickfroud9". You can't really merge two accounts automatically, however, you can either share the files of one account with the other, or just download them from one account and upload them to the other. Did you use our payment lookup tool, to find the email of the account linked to the payment you…

Hey @"Jim R.23", does your Dropbox still appear full, when you look at your account settings here, or has your space been cleared up?
-
Hey @"Robyn Mott", sorry to jump in here! Since we don't have an official integration with this third party service, you might want to check out their help center/support page for info on this. If they don't have a way of connecting to Dropbox, you can certainly just download the files from Dropbox and upload them to…
-
Hey @"DropD", thanks for reaching out to our Community again. The preview links won't work for your recipient, as they'd need to be signed in to your Dropbox account, to access the files. However, they shouldn't have an issue accessing the shared links. Have they tried opening the links from a different browser or private…
-
Hey @"hg23", thanks for posting your question to our Community. At the moment, you can only upload photos and videos from your Gallery/Camera roll and your screenshots through Camera Uploads. If you want, you can manually upload the photos you receive by MMS, by following the steps here. Let me know if you have any…

Hey @"Alfie1", thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to see you're having this issue. Can I send you an email, so we can look into this?
-
Hey @"bethgdunn", thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community! At the moment, Dropbox doesn't offer such a feature, but you should be able to do this through some kind of third party app. Also, feel free to up-vote this idea on our idea board, to show your support, since it's under investigation by our team. Thanks!
-
Hey @"Niki74", thanks for joining our Community! Can you give us a bit more info as to why the automation is not working? Are you getting some kind of error message? Is the organization by keyword the only one that's not working? Have you tried other options? Let me know what you find.

Hey @"ambern1023"! You can add tags to both files and folders, however, this feature is only available on our website; tags won't appear on the mobile or desktop apps. When the same tag is added to several files/folders, you can search the tag through the search bar at the top of your All files page and the search will…

You didn't really get subscribed, this is basically the default. And you'd need to unsubscribe from within each file, I'm afraid, but I will pass this feedback to our team. If you have any more questions, let us know.
-
Hey @"seanmcd", thanks for posting your question to our Community. Are you referring to files that are set to "online-only"? If so, I'm afraid you'd need to make them available offline first, in order to edit them. But you can still change each file individually, so once you're done editing one file, you can make it…

Sounds good, @"skadri"! I'm happy to see that the issue was resolved and if you need anything else, make sure to let us know. Have a great weekend!

Sorry to jump in here, @"Keith Given". The Dropbox folder you have in your D drive is no longer syncing, right? If you need to use Dropbox from your D drive, we'd suggest you rename the existing Dropbox folder (the one in D) to something like "Dropbox (old)" or delete it, and then move the syncing Dropbox folder to that…
-
Thanks for the update, @"skadri". Can you open the Dropbox app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon, then on "clear cache" and then restart the app, to see if that helps?
-
Hey @"natasha123", you might need to go through each file, as the steps to unsubscribe from the comment notifications are file specific. Follow the steps here, and let us know if you can find the option.
-
Hi again, @"ambern1023"! Did you use these steps to move your files through our website? Where did you see that they were deleted? Were they not available at the new location after the move was complete? Keep me posted.
-
Hey @"ambern1023", thanks for joining our Community. Dropbox has three basic platforms, let's say; the Dropbox website, the desktop app and the mobile app. Both the website and the mobile app are more "internet based", as you need to be connected to the internet to access your files*. The desktop app creates a Dropbox…

No worries, @"ilovemath", you can simply ignore the email, but it's good that you brought this to our attention; better safe than sorry! If you need anything else, please let us know. Have a great day!
