Welcome to the community @"Sean106" Are you using the Windows or MacOS desktop app?
-
Welcome to the forum @"ltmrey1" To add to what Mark said, your company will have to add your account to their team plan. You'll want to contact the admin at your new job and refer them to this page to help you get started.

Hey @"cyenx", just to set expectations thats not something I have the power to do personally. I dropped a note to the appropriate team who are working on this and will relay any information when I hear back.

I'm actually not sure if signups are still open. Just wanted to pop in and let you know I'm looking into this for you.

@"nvilla" When you share a Paper document with someone who doesn’t already have a Dropbox account, they’ll get an email containing a link to sign up. After creating their account, they’ll be able to open and view your Paper document. You can access the Dropbox Paper FAQ here if you have more questions (or just ask me!)

Hey there, no further action is required on this particular suggestion. But if you have something different you want to discuss you can check out the Ideas forum.

Hey there, welcome to the community @"Jimmy18" First off, I'm really sorry you've found yourself in this situation with cherished memories. Here are a few facts: * As the account holder, the company you hired to capture this content are the only ones who'd be able to access this material if it were still avaiable. *…

Hey @"cloudres", We have not seen reports of any widespread issues with Tahoe. The discussion in this thread is largely the extent of it, and when considering how many people use the app we would typically see a lot more activity if there were a serious issue. If you run into any issues after upgrading please let us know.

First of all welcome to the community @"M_Spano" Judging from a few context clues: * You think you're being double charged for your account * Some of your files have gone missing I think you may have opened a second account inadvertently (maybe through Apple) and you started using that one instead of the other account with…

Hey there @"ptf" , welcome to the community Please kindly go to this link : https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues and fill out the form for you to be assisted further with our support team.

Great to hear everything worked out for you @"Lisgmck1" I just marked Megan's response as the solution, no worries!
-
Welcome to the community @"mattquint"! If you add the folders you want to sync to your Dropbox folder, from there you can right-click them individually and select if you want them to be stored locally or only online. Is this what you're looking for, or am I misunderstanding?
-
Welcome back @"DolphinU1" Which Dropbox files refuse to delete? Can you provide a screenshot or list? Did you happen to see this thread when you were browsing the forum for solutions? Someone else ran into similar problems uninstalling and there might be some overlap in the solutions

@"Photo O." first of all, thanks so much for dropping by to voice your feedback on this update. Feedback like this is really helpful to let us know how the community is feeling. Are you a Windows or MacOS user? can you provide screenshots of the icon issue you're having?
-
This is a great callout @"hbetschart", as someone who has oddly specific date format preferences I totally get it.
-
Welcome back @"hbetschart", I think I remember a very similar suggestion being made a few months ago. You currently have the ability to password protect a shared link to a folder, but not the ability to individually set passwords on folders with no shared links. To date, we the community hasn't generated enough interest in…

Well said, and we appreciate the small but mighty group of Fedora users who are vocal here in the community.
-
@"ChrisMB" When you say "can't access notes and modify them" what do you mean exactly? Because Dropbox Paper allows the ability to edit docs from the mobile browser version.
-
Thanks for dropping by and sharing your idea @"lukehall". This topic was touched on a few months ago, and one of our Dropbox team members laid out a strong case for the plan with 3 licenses even though you may not need them at this point "In regards to your request, you can actually do that by subscribing to our Dropbox…

Hey @"MD30" Is it giving any kind of error message or does it suddenly crash? Is there a particular action that triggers the crash? Any information you could provide would be super helpful

Hey there, welcome to the community @"archer1960" Simply changing the Drive letter to a different location isn't functionality that Dropbox has. Your best and safest option would probably be to uninstall the Dropbox application, change the drive letter, then reinstall Dropbox being sure to specify the new location in the…

You read it right @"jrwilentz007", sync and sharing will continue to work. What's changing is we're limiting support.
-
No rest for the weary 😅😅
-
Hey there, welcome to the community @"venexiano" The 300k limit does include online-only files used with sync

Also, for your missing dropbox icon issue, you can manually control which apps appear there. If dropbox is installed but not appearing, you can check to see if you can manually add here. Right click on the taskbar Select 'Taskbar Setttings' Scroll down to Other system tray icons (or in some builds, Taskbar corner…

@"JordanR" That's a totally reasonable question. While some changes may seem simple on the surface, when it involves reworking a core functionality of a product with millions of users things can get complicated under the hood. To really get the ball rolling on something like this. One of the first steps would be a large…
-
@"Sues Studio" for clarification, which dropbox interface are you referring to? I still see the star option available on web. But on mobile I have to open a menu to add.
-
To address @"ruglove"'s point. If you want to delete as many files as quickly as possible, the Dropbox Desktop app is going to be your best bet, assuming everything is synced. Dropbox web and mobile will be a bit of a slower process. On that same note, a quick reminder that Dropbox only keeps deleted files for 30 days. Use…

Hey there, welcome to the community @"70CamaroRs" Normally when someone has this issue, one of the first things we do is double check that you're logging into the same account. Can you go into Settings and check the email in the Dropbox app/website of the empty account? Then verify that the email matches the one where you…
