Hey @"entodoays" - this looks like a Wayland clipboard integration issue. The copy notification showing up but not actually copying to the clipboard is a pretty classic sign of that. A couple things to try: * Make sure you have xclip or xsel installed. Open a terminal and run: * sudo dnf install xclip xsel 2. If that…

Okayyyy I solved my own problem! To use audio normalisation - just make a custom export, with those preferences. It still uploads automatically to Replay.

Ok I see now, thanks for clarifying. So right now to get watermarking and watermarking for individual emails, we have to go into a video and click the share button. It makes sense what you're asking for - just apply the same options on the home page too, on the share icon there.
-
As someone who uses Replay only for video, I had actually forgotten it was intended for any file type. As of today, I see annotation tools like pen, line, colour picker, and an icon to post my drawing as a comment. These seems to work well, so if you don't have these yet I expect you will soon. DB does roll out new…

Hey Paul Could you share an annotated screenshot here because my replay does not have what you are talking about. For me the sending workflow is simply: Click share button Click copy link Make sure the link is in my clipboard Go to email app and send the client email, pasting the link

I'm working on a social media campaign and a private CEO event, using Replay for team feedback

Thanks for the update, and sorry that Paper isn't proving reliable enough for your workflow yet. Cheers

Hi tup61 Sorry to hear about these struggles. I will ask my peers about the Android app and sync issues. In the meantime, I think it may be best to work on Paper on the web as I see the Android app hasn't been updated in over a year.

I want a new fixed length lens, an EF 35mm or a 24mm 1.4 50 is lovely but something wider is required so often especially when getting close up to people and still showing their context
-
Just to let you all know there are updates to Paper coming very soon. The updates are less about new features, more about getting everyone on the same feature set to move forward from there.
-
I wonder if you could try play the .mp4 files in another player app? I use VLC when nothing else works...
-
As this is dependant on your Operating System, I'd say that your solution would be the best one. Good Idea by the way!

People, absolutely understand the frustrating wait for Paper '2020'. I can confirm that DB does read these posts and is working on getting a workable solution. That's all I can report for now but I just didn't want more crickets on this thread - speak again soon hopefully
-
@"_robin_" this is a great suggestion, thank you for raising it here. Definitely key functionality you're requesting here, lets hope it happens soon. L

Hi Can you give some more info about this?
-
Currently you can't merge them. This article shows how to work around this: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/multiple-accounts/merge-two-accounts Luke

I find that if I copy paste a md file into Paper, it formats correctly. I only use the basics (h1, h2, h3 and bulleted lists) but that all works fine (h3 will just turn into a bold title though. Hope that helps

Hi @"slidedesignr" I do get your frustration. Sorry, I don't know of a fixed date, but I believe it will be soon... and I guess with '2020' in the title of the service there is a finite time to the delay. Luke
-
As far a I can tell, it is using Atlas Grotesk. You'd have to license the font, as fonts are a bit like software. If you used another grotesk font that you already have (many people have Helvetica for example, which is a grotesk), then you'll get something similar. Luke

Aaaah you've just made me love paper even more. The 'little' details polishing the experience.

Hi Bill I thought it was rolled out this year to all new paper users, but probably not then. "Paper 2020 will allow you to continue to create, edit, and share Paper docs the same as you did before. We’re working hard to release Paper 2020 to all users in the near future." When you do go onto it, your *new* paper docs will…
-
The integration is much tighter now with Paper 2020 paper docs live inside your dropbox folder and you can order them into subfolders etc. Finally it all makes sense : )
-
version control is built in: click the three dots (top right) to show an extras menu, select 'doc history'. all changes are shown in green highlights and you can roll back with one click.
-
yes that will happen on chrome i believe. but you can still highlight text - just use the icon of a marker on the formatting bar that appears when you select text.
-
To get 5 different highlight colours, just click the highlight icon (looks like a marker) on the formatting pop-over that appears after you have selected some text
-
If you look in 'Doc History' you'll see names and times of all the changes.
-
Hi Walter I also don't see the disclosure triangle/arrow. Is this a beta feature? Luke
-
Absolutely right, but this feature was introduced after the OP asked. Great feature!
-
Hi Headers are automatically linked to by the little pop over menu - go to the left hand side of the paper doc and mouse over the little stripes there, you will see all your header links. Luke
